The general objective of this investigation was to determine the quality of the process on falsification of documents, according to the pertinent normative, doctrinal and jurisprudential parameters, in file No. 2955-2010-0- 1801-JR-PE-55, of the fifty-fifth criminal court of the Superior Court of the Judicial District of Lima. It is of a qualitative quantitative type, descriptive exploratory level and non-experimental, retrospective and cross-sectional design. Data collection was carried out from a file selected by convenience sampling, using the techniques of observation and content analysis and a checklist, validated by expert judgment. The results revealed that the quality of the process was in the range: medium and high quality.
